Description
The subject is depicted in a frontal bust portrait wearing a golden dress with a tiara in her hair and earrings. The dress is richly decorated and made of fine fabric, and her hair is elaborately pinned up. Findings on the reverse: stretcher, top left: label, handwritten in black ink "Haus [v.] Bleichröder"; Stretcher top centre: handwritten in pencil on the head, "Haus v. Bleichröder"; Stretcher, top right: label, handwritten in blue coloured pencil "Dr. Michaelis / (v. Bleichröder)".
