Description
Plain, circular shape with colourful painting: a young male gardener wearing a red coat and standing beneath a leafy arch supported by narrow stakes painted on the cup; a female gardener wearing a red skirt and an apron and standing between trees under arches painted on the well of the saucer.
Provenance
Purchased in April 1929 from Josef Oberdorfer, from an approval shipment, for the sum of 70 marks.
