Silver pocket watch in a tortoise-shell watch case studded with silver (piqué work); signed on the case: "Du Thuillay A Hall".
Provenance
Originally owned by duke Ernest I of Saxe-Gotha, the watch was passed down in the family until duke Frederick III of Saxe-Gotha-Altenburg gave it to the Kunstkammer in 1769.
