Minstrel

The male figure wears a green wide-brimmed hat with purple and yellow rosette, black hair bow, purple coat with gilt buttons, white shirt, yellow breeches with gilt buttons and purple rosettes, white stockings and black shoes with purple rosettes; he carries a tall drum with a black strap over his right arm; in his left he holds a drumstick while playing the flute.
